Can I apply more than one patch?

Yes, you can wear a combination of patches – for example, the Multi-Nutrient patch plus the Omega-3 patch. Wearing two patches of the same product, however, is not recommended. It may be advisable if you are highly deficient, but consult your doctor before wearing two patches of the same kind.

How long should I keep the patch on?

Wear the patch for up to 12 hours, day or night. If you keep it on longer, there’s no risk or benefit because the patch is no longer effective after 12 hours.
