1.5 mg Alpha-Linolenic Acid [ALA] (Omega-3)

3 mg CoEnzyme Q-10 (as Ubiquinol)

Apply one patch to a clean, oil-free, mostly hairless, and venous area of your skin, such as the inner wrist, arm, shoulder, or top of the foot. Leave the patch in place for up to 12 hours. When you're finished, gently peel the patch off your skin. For adults, use one patch daily or at night. You can wear a combination of patches, but applying two patches of the same product at the same time is not recommended.

For external use only. Apply only as directed. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Individual results may vary.

Great product, needs better adhesive

The product itself I enjoy but the adhesive does not stick well enough. I put the patch on my hip, butt, and thigh and the majority of the time I’m unable to find the patch after just a few hours.

Very practical for kids!

Love the idea of the Omega3 Patch and we couldn't do without them for my 3 childrenl! Only issue is that two of my children's skin becomes quite red and irritated when they take off the patch each morning and we have to ensure we put it on a different part of their skin every evening before bed. Beats taking huge tablets though!!!! I have noticed huge improvements in their mental health!

Nutrient particles are infused into a patch system that adheres to the skin to transfer nutrients. These nutrients may cross the skin barrier to nourish your skin and promote overall well-being.

We recommend wearing one patch at a time on the inside of your wrist, inside of your arm, the top of your foot, or any other clean and dry venous area that is comfortable to you. Each patch is designed for your safety and comfort and can be worn for up to 12 hours. Remember to discard it after use.

Wear the patch for up to 12 hours, day or night. Discard after use. We recommend wearing one patch at a time on the inside of your wrist, inside your arm, top of your foot, or any other clean and dry venous area that is comfortable for you. If you keep it on longer, there’s no risk or benefit because the patch is no longer effective after 12 hours.
