Apply one patch to a clean, oil-free, mostly hairless, and venous area of your skin, such as the inner wrist, arm, shoulder, or top of the foot. Leave the patch in place for up to 12 hours. When you're finished, gently peel the patch off your skin. For adults, use one patch daily or at night. You can wear a combination of patches, but applying two patches of the same product at the same time is not recommended.

For external use only. Apply only as directed. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Individual results may vary.

Easy to Use

The patch is easy to use. I chose this multivitamin because the competitor’s vitamin has an allergen for me. I do think it works based on my energy level and other things that happen when I take an oral multivitamin. I use the patches because the others make me incredibly hungry and I don’t need any help there. I wish it had more calcium for those of us who are at that age where we have to swallow those pills.

400 mcg of D3

I think 400 mcg of D3 is too much! Especially with so little magnesium. I won’t be using these patches anymore now that I see new labels showing the real quantities of each nutrient.

We recommend wearing one patch at a time on the inside of your wrist, inside of your arm, the top of your foot, or any other clean and dry venous area that is comfortable to you. Each patch is designed for your safety and comfort and can be worn for up to 12 hours. Remember to discard it after use.

If you keep it on longer, there’s no risk or benefit because the patch is no longer effective after 12 hours.
