Ingredients

400mcg Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol)
10 mcg Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7)
25 mg Magnesium (as magnesium malate)
pressure-sensitive adhesive

Apply one patch to a clean, oil-free, mostly hairless, and venous area of your skin, such as the inner wrist, arm, shoulder, or top of the foot. Leave the patch in place for up to 12 hours. When you're finished, gently peel the patch off your skin. For adults, use one patch daily or at night. You can wear a combination of patches, but applying two patches of the same product at the same time is not recommended.

For external use only. Apply only as directed. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Individual results may vary. Love this!

I was having difficulty getting enough vitamin D. I have an ileostomy and don’t absorb a lot of nutrients in my food as it passes through my system faster then normal. I’ve tried capsules and gummies, I still wasn’t absorbing enough , and tended to get a stomachache. I’ve worn a patch everyday since I’ve received them, NO side effects and I feel GREAT!!!!
